A collection inspired by the ocean floor, reflected in the patterns, volumes and colors. Little flared dresses or long sequined sheaths, accessorized with very high heels or matching sneakers, the whole is extremely feminine. Lots of embroidery adorned the looks, as did gold studs on perfectos or short jackets. Leather shorts with an elastic waistband worn over a striped knit sweater or a corolla skirt are among the many proposals. A finale of white dresses onto which images of aquatic animals were projected brought Philipp Plein’s show to a poetic close.
