Colorful Easter festivities at Fauchon

Fauchon drew inspiration for its Easter collection from the works of French painter Henri Rousseau, known as “Le Douanier Rousseau”. A major exponent of naïve art, the artist often painted jungle landscapes with abundant, exuberant flora.

This exoticism is reflected in Fauchon’s creations, which come in many shades of color. Fauchon offers the Peacock egg, a majestic 60cm piece made to order. Composed essentially of 70% dark chocolate from Venezuela, this creation will delight lovers of intense chocolate.

Maison Fauchon’s Pâque collection ranges from the sweet Pâquissime (dark chocolate egg, topped with a strawberry compote base, a light milk chocolate mousse and a crunchy pistachio feuillantine) to the savory Royal Egg (Royale of duck foie gras, morel mushroom nuggets and fine lemon carrot mousseline).
