On Spring Day, Perrier-Jouët unveils its first ephemeral Champagne cuvée, “Belle Epoque Edition Première” vintage 2007.

An ode to spring, this limited-edition cuvée features delicate notes of yellow fruit and white elderflower fragrance.

Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps wanted to compose this one like a flower bouquet, with a harmony of ripe fruit and floral aromas, and thus create an ideal balance between a vintage wine and Perrier-Jouët’s elegant “style”, where Chardonnay dominates.

La Belle Epoque Edition Premiere is composed of Grands Crus fr Chardonnays and a subtle percentage of Pinot Noir, giving it a pale pink color with a peachy tint, and a transparent bottle with a pastel water-green hue.

Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Edition Première will be available in France as a limited edition in selected hotel bars and wine merchants, from March 21, 2014, for €195.
