Romain Krot, renowned barman at La Conserverie, has created a new cocktail worthy of the most beautiful catwalks for fashion and mixology enthusiasts. This maestro of the shaker mixes home-made red and pink fruit syrup with champagne, vodka and aperol. To finish, the artist adds a rose petal, certainly in homage to the floral trend of the moment. The little extra: a combination of low-calorie alcohols for the greatest gustatory pleasure.
This mixology is reflected right down to the determination of the name: like the greatest models, Sachez Sashay is international, of American origin, the term Sashay referring to the wiggles of the models.
Much more than a glamorous cocktail, the Sachez Sashay perfectly matches the setting of La Conserverie.
