Since 2008, The Kooples has stood out for its resolutely English, resolutely rock touch. Collections, campaigns, visual identities: everything is carefully thought out to draw us into the brand’s singular universe. The Elicha brothers have clearly understood this, combining English savoir-faire with Parisian chic, breaking with any conventional notion of separation between men’s and women’s wardrobes.

Once again this season, The Kooples invites us on a journey, as sophisticated as it is casual. An autumn-winter collection that oscillates between traditional made-in-London elegance and rock spirit. As always, The Kooples revisits the classics: the one-button jacket, the double-breasted blazer and the perfecto are all reinvented with refined leather details for men, while lace and rich, contrasting materials underline a certain romanticism for women.

The couple, the quintessential The Kooples campaigns, take to the streets with panache and casualness, against a backdrop of romance, a romance inspired by the cult film Bonnie & Clyde. The campaign was photographed on Place Vendôme by Raphaël Elicha himself. Three couples, Bambi Northwood-Blythe & Dan Single, Veneda Budny & A$AP Nast, Alice Gomme & Adam Holden, embody the Paris of gangsters. The autumn-winter campaign will appear in magazines worldwide from September.
