The famous and emblematic crocodile celebrates its 80th birthday this year!
Boucheron has teamed up with Lacoste to celebrate its 80th anniversary by creating two unique diamond and tsavorite brooches inspired by the legendary crocodile.
This collaboration is a tribute to Lacoste’s 80 years of excellence and innovation. It is also a historic nod to the crocodile brooch specially commissioned in 1957 by tennis champion René Lacoste for his wife.
The two brooches revealed at Roland Garros by Lacoste were exhibited at Colette from June 10 to 17 alongside eight other creations by Baccarat, Bernardaud, Christofle, S.T. Dupont, Fauchon, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot and Goyard. Dupont, Fauchon, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot and Goyard. They will then move on to New York in early September and Asia at the end of October.
The edition is limited to 80 copies only.
The pieces are sold to order in all Boucheron boutiques.
