To celebrate the 80th anniversary of Lacoste, Fauchon has created 4 limited-edition eclairs in the colors of the famous crocodile brand.
The celebration of Lacoste’s 80th anniversary is an opportunity for Fauchon to pay tribute to the crocodile brand through the House’s signature pastry: the éclair.
Created simply for this event by the House’s pastry chefs, Éclairs Crocodiles Fauchon are dressed in green, magenta and white, offering a range of 4 original, gourmet creations.
The hearts of these éclairs reveal elegant flavors in the image of the Lacoste collections: creamy green tea, almond, vanilla & lemon and strawberry creams. Highly seamed, they are adorned with molded chocolate cocues in the texture of the famous Piqué de coton of Lacoste polo shirts for the monochrome versions, and glossy marzipan for the striped version. The emblematic crocodile, made from marshmallow, adds the finishing touch to these creations.
