To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the 4-star Villa Maillot (Paris 16th) offers a new vision of comfort and art de vivre. Patrick Ribes designed the new interior architecture for this boutique hotel. The establishment has been designed to create a new chic and cosy atmosphere, blending classicism and modernity, for both business and leisure travelers.
The new concept preserves the atmosphere of this beautiful 18th-century Parisian residence, while meeting
customers’ expectations in terms of service, comfort, aesthetics and refinement.
A new-found elegance at the heart of all Villa Maillot spaces: 2 new suites offering unparalleled views over the rooftops of Paris, 40 completely redesigned rooms, a pleasant meeting room “La Verrière” with natural daylight, nestled in a green setting, a lounge bar “Le” with fireplace and library corner, a new Spa area “Le” with hammam, sauna, relaxation lounge and massage room. Villa Maillot also boasts a 9th floor.

Thomas Séchet, 38 years old and Director of La Villa Maillot since 2011, is the guarantor of the quality of the hotel’s services. After a rich career in France (Le Victoria Palace Hôtel, La Villa Beaumarchais,
Le Méridien Montparnasse in Paris) and abroad (Le Grand Saint-Martin in St Martin, Le Conrad in
London…), he took over the reins of La Villa Maillot as part of its renovation. Surrounded by a team of
25 associates, he intends to meet the expectations of a demanding international and local clientele, and contribute to La Villa Maillot’s development as an essential Parisian address, imbued with a spirit that is both modern and confidential.

The subtle alliance of 18th-century style and contemporary lines
The classicism of La Villa Maillot has been revisited and transcended to offer a unique setting. La Villa Maillot has focused on the ultimate comfort and protective ambience of its 40 rooms and 2 suites, and their refined decor imagined by interior designer Patrick Ribes. His aim was to create emotion through small visual shocks with colors, materials and spaces. Bright and spacious, the rooms and suites are characterized by pure tones, punctuated by colorful and graphic touches that give them all their personality.
11 “Superior” rooms from 20 to 23 m². These rooms can accommodate 2 people, double bed or 2 separate beds. The bathrooms are bright and comfortable, with separate shower and toilet. Nightly rates from €239 to €460
29 “Deluxe” rooms from 23 to 26 m². These rooms can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double bed or 2 separate beds. Possibility of an extra bed or baby cot, communicating rooms. Light-filled bathrooms with bathtub and TV, and separate toilet.
Night from €309 to €530
All rooms, in shades of fuchsia, green/blue or violet, offer a comfortable lounge area for relaxing or working. They are equipped with an Epeda Platinium bed, oversized flat-screen TV, multimedia center, mini bar, herbal tea room with Nespresso machine, safe, outstanding soundproofing and individual air-conditioning.
Le Bar
Bar Le A refined new venue for Parisians and Villa Maillot guests
Traditional & signature cocktails. The most prestigious references in champagne, whisky, digestifs, gin, vodka and more. And among many others, Chef Barman Robin Boiteux’s favorites: Deutz champagne, Glenmorangie and Cragganmore Scotch whiskies, Tanqueray and Beefeater 24 gins, and vodkas from the Greygoose and Ketel One ranges.
The cocktail of the day: each day, a cocktail that is not on the menu is highlighted with its amusebouche.

Almond and Pear Mojito:
A gourmet blend for a surprising mojito. Havana 3 ans, orgeat syrup, almond milk, fresh pear, mint, lime, cane sugar. 12€
Signature cocktails
Umami:
Meaning savoury, a skilful blend of spices, sugar and bitterness. Gordon’s gin, passion fruit purée, cardamom, pink grapefruit juice. 15€

Allo éve:

Spa Cocoon,
A voluptuous interlude in an intimate setting
The Le wellness area, with its steam room, sauna and massage room, decorated in precious materials and bathed
in soft blue light, invites you to relax. This Cocoon area is reserved for Villa Maillot’s resident clientele. The spa can be made private or treatments can be carried out in any of the rooms.
The spirit of the Villa Maillot spa is based on the authenticity of the customized treatments offered by “monmasseur” and Olivier Lecocq, combined with the Unique Elixir Paris range of natural products.
The Spa Le is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 9pm, with free access. Massages and treatments are available
by appointment. And to enjoy the full treatment experience with all the comfort of a massage table
and a recreated spa environment, they can be performed in the rooms, every day from 8am to 10pm.
