Tired of arguing over a corner of the terrace overlooking a traffic light and the hubbub. In summer, let’s whisper “ma puce”, “ma caille”, “ma cocotte” and join the sunny terraces of this haven of peace in the heart of Saint-Ouen’s antique markets. Ma Cocotte is designed by Philippe Starck and cooked by Yannick Papin. At the entrance to the Serpette and Paul Bert markets, you’ll find an industrial-style design restaurant where bricks, stone and perfectly-combined objects come together in a unique setting. Upstairs, a terrace where you can soak up the sun and relax in the peace and quiet of the flea market. Downstairs, a terrace next to the first flea market, with tables next to crystal chandeliers to immerse yourself in this timeless universe. To demonstrate its desire for conviviality, ma cocotte offers plates to share, with charcuterie, salmon or radishes of every color, as well as pitchers of cocktails to keep the mojito or margarita flowing.
“Ma Cocotte can’t be described, it has to be experienced” says Philippe Starck, so don’t wait any longer to make a reservation by calling 01.49.51.70.00. The restaurant is now open daily for lunch and dinner at 106 rue des Rosiers in Saint-Ouen.
