UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON LAUNCHES A LIMITED SERIES OF T-SHIRTS FEATURING CHARLOTTE FREE, LEA T, DUDLEY O’SHAUGHNESSY AND MARIO GALLA
Following its Spring/Summer 2013 campaign, which won over the public with its powerful images celebrating the iconic value of color for the brand, United Colors of Benetton is pleased to announce the launch of a limited series of T-shirts featuring images from this campaign, with sales going to Benetton’s UNHATE foundation. The nine dynamic personalities chosen for this campaign all stand out for their strong social commitment, celebrating cultural diversity in their own way. Now, to extend this discourse on tolerance, four of the nine faces of the campaign have been immortalized on T-shirts, symbolizing the fight against hatred throughout the world.
The limited edition comes in four designs: pink-haired Californian model Charlotte Free, Brazilian transsexual top Lea T, British boxer-turned-actor Dudley O’Shaughnessy and German model Mario Galla. Printed on both sides in bold colors, these unisex jersey T-shirts are perfect for completing a casual look for going out or relaxing at home.
The T-shirt series will soon be available on the Internet (shop.benetton.com) and in major United Colors of Benetton stores in the following countries: Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Germany, England, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Russia and the United States of America. All profits will be donated to the UNHATE foundation.
