Superb staging for the Vuitton heroines. With a bobbed wig, plump plum lips and eyes highlighted with black pencil, the beauty is inevitably glamorous. There’s something Hollywood about this show, where you’ll meet this woman in the corner of a palace corridor.
The very lingerie feel of the show, supported by the very feminine make-up, gives the fall/winter 2013/14 collection a very intimate, boudoir feel.
Marc Jacobs paid tribute to the timeless, legendary chic of the 1920s. As if that weren’t enough, the artistic director also came to greet his audience in red pyjamas and prints!
