Pommery champagnes in the spotlight at the Relais & Châteaux Grand Chefs’ Dinner

It’s become a not-to-be-missed gastronomic event! After Versailles in 2011 and New York in 2012, this year’s Relais & Châteaux Great Chefs’ Dinner will be held in London on April 22, in the heart of Old Billingsgate.
Pommery champagnes have always focused on gastronomy, sublimating the creativity of Chefs by offering unique food and wine pairings through an exceptional range.
For this evening of excellence, Pommery champagnes will present a vertical around the house’s prestige cuvée: Cuvée Louise Pommery. The cuvée’s origins lie in Champagne’s three greatest crus: Avize, Cramant for the Chardonnay and Ay for the Pinot Noir. The different vintages served (Cuvées Louise 2000 in magnum, 1990 in jeroboam, 1999 in bottle, as well as Cuvée Louise Rosé 2000) will perfectly enhance the dishes imagined by chefs from all over the world for this exceptional dinner.
