To mark the theatrical re-release of Michael Cimino’s Heaven’s Gate, Melinda Gloss is launching a special edition tshirt at Colette. To celebrate the event, a screening took place at the Centre Pompidou, and we were there.
La Porte du Paradis (Heaven’s Gate), the crazy project responsible for the bankruptcy of United Artists (the famous studio founded by Charles Chaplin and D.W. Griffith), is now established as one of the greatest masterpieces of American cinema. On February 27, it will be released in its original, restored version. On this occasion and for the 4th edition of Melinda’s Cinema, Michael Cimino will present his cult film at a private screening at the Centre Georges Pompidou, in collaboration with Melinda Gloss and Carlotta Films. Discover the Heaven’s Gate T-shirt, in a limited edition of 75.
