BURBERRY CELEBRATES CHINESE NEW YEAR

To mark Chinese New Year, Burberry is offering a selection of exclusive products in shades of red. This limited edition comprises bags, including the Blaze Bag, the flagship model of the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, as well as small leather goods and scarves.

Burberry will also be celebrating Chinese New Year across all its digital platforms from February 10, locally on Chinese social networks Sina Weibo, YouKu and Douban, and globally through the brand’s Twitter accounts.

A video to mark the occasion will be broadcast on all Burberry social media channels from February 9 (link below).

Burberry accessories developed for Chinese New Year are now available on Burberry.com, where a dedicated Chinese New Year section has been created. They are also on sale in Burberry stores, which will broadcast festive messages on their digital screens at special times of the day.

Red and gold envelopes will be offered to customers in the Chinese tradition in some of the brand’s flagships, and in Paris at the Burberry boutique at 56 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
