The United States has a prestigious Oscar ceremony, where films in competition are promoted and enjoy international success.
The aim of the Paris Awards is therefore to create a prestigious trophy celebrating good international films and promoting young artists to the big American productions.
In addition to the promotion of French artists and international influence, the project would see the creation in Paris of a veritable cinematheque elevated to the rank of tourist center.
