Marks & Spencer has opened its largest European store outside the UK in the So Ouest shopping center.
Spread over 3 floors, the new 6900 m2 store is part of M&S’s “bricks and clicks” strategy, which combines in-store sales with e-commerce in France.
Last autumn, M&S returned to France with its first international e-commerce site, www.marksandspencer.fr, and its flagship store at 100 Avenue des Champs-Élysées.
Located in Paris’s newest shopping destination, M&S So Ouest is one of the brand’s largest European concept stores, offering a wide selection of men’s, women’s and children’s ready-to-wear, lingerie and home furnishings.
More than 10,000 items are also available to order via customer advisors who, equipped with iPads, give customers easy access to the French website, as well as free delivery when ordering from the boutique.
The store is also home to Paris’ first M&S Café, Fournil and Déli spaces, while the “Foodhall” section features over 2,500 products of internationally recognized and appreciated quality.
