For historical reasons, Paris has always been an essential reference point in the world of
fashion and luxury, intimately associated with the great names of haute couture: Chanel, Dior, Courrèges, Balenciaga, Yves Saint Laurent… All young designers use Paris to establish their reputation, all major international brands have a flagship here, and not a day goes by without the opening of a new boutique or a boldly designed shopping temple. When it comes to style, the shopping capital is more than ever in the vanguard and setting the pace!
To enhance the appeal of the “capital of shopping, fashion and glamour” to
visitors from France and abroad, the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau has been organizing
themed welcome and promotional events since 2006.
