Christmas is the perfect time to treat yourself, to think big… It’s also a feast for the taste buds, where the traditional Yule log takes pride of place!

The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme and Montblanc have decided to dazzle your palate with a Yule log in the icy colors of the most iconic writing instrument. The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme’s pastry chef, Pier-Marie le Moigno, has put all his know-how, combining tradition and modernism, into the creation of a unique Yule log, to be enjoyed with the whole family in the warm atmosphere of La Cheminée.
A real Yule log with forgotten flavours: its mandarin creaminess combines with its chestnut and vanilla mousse to awaken the spirit of Christmas. The sweetness of childhood will resurface with the softness of the meringue and the sweet touches of the mandarin and chestnut confit.

The Christmas log is a limited edition of 60 pieces only.
