A pioneer in today’s world of Haute Horlogerie, Hublot is taking customer relations a step further by launching a “Montre Atelier”, a watch available to all customers who drop off their watch for
an overhaul, service or repair. For the moment, this exchange is available EXCLUSIVELY in Hublot boutiques, 49 boutiques worldwide to date (and not yet in multi-brand outlets).
“The Hublot customer is part of a family, and thanks to this “Montre Atelier”, he will be able to keep the emotional and physical link with Hublot while his watch is in the workshop. We are very proud to have succeeded in deploying this concept in all Hublot boutiques worldwide, 49 to date, and in record time, to be operational from the first days of the new school year” said Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot.
This “Montre Atelier” is a special model, not available for sale, whose design is faithful to the fusion principle dear to the brand: it is made of black composite, case, bezel, pin buckle also in black composite, with a black rubber strap, steel screws and crown, and equipped with a quartz movement with date and small seconds. The
vast majority of this watch’s components were developed and manufactured in Switzerland. In the final analysis, this Hublot watch is like a “Courtesy Watch” graciously lent to the customer for as long as necessary. The gesture and the attention are elegant, the link between the customer and Hublot – the brand he has chosen – maintained whatever happens. Of course, this delicate attention remains
at the discretion of the management of each Hublot boutique.
