When Reebok takes over a Parisian gallery in the Marais district, l’Imprimerie, the result is a“pop-up store” that’s a must-see! Especially since the event has only been running since the beginning of the month and will end on October 23, 2012.
On the program for this Reebok “Classic” residency:
- collector’s models and limited editions, including the 1994 Pump Chanel Fury(pictured in B&W at the bottom of this article) and the Colette Freestyle, sold in 2008 in a limited edition of only 350 pieces.
- the Autumn-Winter 2012 collection of the legendary Streetwear Classics range is presented in its entirety, including some stunning caps,
- a signing session with French rapper Orelsan, the brand’s new ambassador, will be held on October 10 from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
- not forgetting a photo contest on Instagram/Facebook to win a trip to New York (don’t forget the hashtag #classicroom).
- and a meeting with the famous blogger Ugly Mely on October 17 from 5pm to 7:30pm. She has collaborated with the brand on a fun and feminine new model (you just have to love purple…).
It’s located at 16, rue St-Merri (Paris 4th) and is open every day from 12:30 to 7:30 pm.

And Luxsure, who was at last night’s vernissage, snapped up a few pairs of sneakers, beautifully staged (or worn), of which here’s a small selection in images.
Alicia Keys, Basquiat, Keith Haring, Shaquille O’Neal… a host of beautiful collaborations and interpretations to be (re-)discovered in this urban, ephemeral venue. It’s like an invitation to adopt the “sneakers’s attitude“, so fashionable and arty after all.
