Who said Paris wasn’t an international stage for major professional Web events? Because the FLOW conference, which holds its second edition next week in the 1st arrondissement, is just such an example.
Launched last year by Olivier Billon, founder of the Ykone.com agency, this event immediately became a must-attend event for all those involved in the luxury sector who are considering their digital strategy. Today, FLOW is “Europe’s largest social media event dedicated to the luxury and fashion industry”.
As a prelude to Paris Fashion Week, a day devoted to luxury brands and their presence on social media will be held on Monday September 24. This year’s main theme is the challenge for these players to combine the emotion generated by their products with the distance and openness induced by social networks.
How can you provide your community with an ever more original experience? How can you best transcribe your brand values and codes onto these digital media?
To provide the keys to success and answers to the various questions brands are asking themselves, Olivier Billon has pulled off a tour de force by bringing together the leading professionals in the social web. The event will feature top-level speakers from international companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube (Google group) and My Little Paris, which you’ve all heard of.
Prestigious advertisers such as Yves Saint-Laurent beauté and Oscar de la Renta, as well as media such as Mr Porter and Madame Figaro, will also be on hand to share their experiences. From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., participants – mainly brands and advertisers from the fashion, beauty and luxury sectors – will come to this unique event to learn and challenge their digital strategy.
