Pierre Hermé opens a new store at Galeries Lafayette in Dubai

The famous French patissier continues its international expansion.
After Tokyo, Paris, London, Strasbourg, Nantes, Osaka and Kobe, Pierre Hermé Paris has set up shop in the United Arab Emirates, opening its first exclusive corner at Galeries Lafayette in Dubai.
Since April 12, 2012, Dubai residents have been able to discover the world of tastes, sensations and pleasures of the man nicknamed “Picasso of Pastry” by Vogue, with original creations including the Infiniment Chocolat Porcelana macaroon (Pure Origin Venezuela Porcelana chocolate), the Infiniment Rose macaroon (rose & rose petal), and the Mogador macaroon (milk chocolate & passion fruit), one of the House’s signature flavors. The Bonbons de Chocolat collection includes Makassar (sparkling chocolate ganache with salted butter caramel, coated in dark chocolate), Ouvre-toi (sesame praline, sesame nougatine, coated in milk chocolate), but also Lou (milk chocolate ganache with ginger and candied ginger, coated in dark chocolate) or the incomparable Choc Chocolat (bitter chocolate ganache, nougatine with cocoa bean slivers, coated in dark chocolate).
The Macarons & Chocolats Pierre Hermé Paris boutique at Galeries Lafayette Dubai is open Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 10pm and Thursday to Saturday from 10am to midnight.
