From 2013, a 5-star palace, a 130-room and suite hotel (with restaurants, SPA, club house, swimming pools…) and 44 exclusive villas, signed by New York architects Perkins Eastman and talented interior designer Imaad Rahmouni.
The villas are in keeping with the hotel’s contemporary architectural concept, combining the standards of Park Hyatt luxury real estate with the nobility of materials and top-notch technological features.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, with direct access to the golf course, the 44 3- to 5-bedroom villas range in size from 320 to 720 m². They all feature a garden, private swimming pool, solarium and Jacuzzi, and spectacular views of the Al Maaden golf course and the Atlas Mountains.
