Love letter

Jung Kuho’s Hexa by Kuho collection made its French debut at the Lycée Henri IV. Created in 1987, Hexa by Kuho is a conceptual line which, for this season, speaks to us of love, the torments and joys it brings, based on the symbolic model of Romeo and Juliet.

Comprising jackets with unstructured shoulders and very masculine cuts in which the models sometimes seem to float, the collection was largely inspired by Renaissance costumes. A gender confusion accentuated by feminine superimpositions, long skirts and the pale colors of pink and white.

The burden of love is expressed through oversized sweaters in very large knits, while a few touches of green bring a little hope to hearts. Deep blacks recall the complexity of love and the tragic end of two mythical lovers. A hint of camel and charcoal grays gently punctuate the ballet of feelings.
A magnificent start to a show full of emotion and beautiful pieces that we can’t wait to see again next season.
