A new look for Le Brillat
“Le Brillat”, a chic bistro in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, has given itself a new interior and taken the opportunity to renew its traditional Sunday brunch menu.
The two-starred kitchen remains the same (notably its famous broiler oven for optimal meat cooking), but the rest of the décor has been redesigned in a resolutely contemporary style, with sober colors and noble, raw materials. Enjoy a gourmet brunch in comfortable velvet armchairs by Lelièvre, behind the immense glass roof that bathes the room in light.
On the menu: freshly squeezed fruit juices, smoothies, brioche, salads and choice cuts of meat. Le Brillat also offers fish fillets, mushroom risotto and prime rib to enjoy the rest of the week.
The entire Brillat team welcomes you every moment of the day, with the sole aim of making sure you have a great time while enjoying a delicious meal!
