Vic&Viko: women take charge

Luxsure has decided to salute the initiative of two sisters who have decided to embark on a healthy new adventure: dressing men! Capucine Boutin and Flore Decoster are the co-founders of the brand, which was launched in March 2011. Vic&Viko was born of their shared desire to combine their complementary skills to create a menswear brand. Polo shirts were an obvious choice, as they are a trendy product that men enjoy wearing, and that they also enjoy working with!
A few words about the brand’s origins: Vic&Viko represents two facets of the personality of Victor, the founders’ brother, whose nicknames directly inspire the brand’s name: Vic for classic chic, Viko for audacity and spontaneity! This represents the brand well, offering elegant designs with original details.
For this first collection, the designers have taken particular care in their choice of colors, which are truly harmonious; bright colors are always associated with softer ones, and vice versa. The finishes are meticulous: back of collar, buttons and buttonholes, comfort slits at the bottom of the polo…the emphasis on color contrasts gives the polo its elegant, original look.
