“Bally is Super”, a look back at 160 years of shoes

This year, Bally celebrates its 160th anniversary, with festivities taking place throughout the year. In this context, the Swiss brand’s showroom in Zurich opened its doors to an exceptional exhibition on November 16.
Founded in Switzerland in 1851, Bally is a luxury brand synonymous with quality and elegance, known for its shoes, accessories and ready-to-wear.
To highlight its heritage, the brand chose Switzerland’s most avant-garde city. For the second year running, the brand has also partnered with Zurich University of the Arts to stage its “Bally is Super” exhibition, an impressive visual spectacle representative of the brand’s values and codes.
Twelve design students put together the “Bally is Super” exhibition, taking visitors through a 160-year retrospective of the history of Bally footwear. The content and layout of the exhibition were inspired by Bally’s own headquarters and boutiques.

The exhibition will run until December 30, 2011 in the Bally showroom in Zurich
