Relais & Châteaux renews its guide!
A new year begins for the Relais & Châteaux guide. The association, chaired by Jaume Tàpies, brings together 518 exceptional establishments in over 60 countries.
This year, the guide is not a simple reissue, but rather a concentrate of new features. Indeed, 2012 marks the entry of 45 new Relais & Châteaux in the guide, as well as 19 Grands Chefs.
There are also 5 new cities: Neuchâtel, Brussels, Porto, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur.
This year, the book, whose ambassador is Paulo Coelho, is presented in a streamlined layout, with every word of importance. The articles are punctuated by a quotation from each innkeeper, and details of practical information can be found on the website.
For over 50 years, Relais & Châteaux has been satisfying an infinite range of desires, from passionate innkeepers to unique experiences, Routes du Bonheur and praise for culinary excellence. These are the values on which the association is founded.
