Fauchon, the famous French luxury culinary house, launches its own “Beau et bon by Fauchon” guide. An excellent initiative, offering 400 must-visit Parisian gourmet addresses.
Produced in collaboration with Pierrick Jégu, culinary critic and food journalist, the guide’s primary aim is to introduce diners to innovative yet accessible restaurants, traditional yet inventive artisans, and daring chefs.
