On September 29, for the first time since its creation in 2009, the Prix de la Révélation littéraire aufeminin.com will reward the finest writers among its own web users.
A 3-STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
1/ CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – UNTIL AUGUST 10
From now until August 10, 2011, aufeminin.com users can submit their texts in the CULTURE section of a dedicated minisite:

Only one compulsory format (10,000 characters), but 3 themes to choose from:
– This morning, I found a smartphone on the bus…
– The day I lost my mind…
– The first time I…
Texts will be posted online as they come in, enabling readers to vote regularly for their favorite stories. Each week, a story selected by the aufeminin.com teams will be highlighted in the “And this week, don’t miss out…” section. Voting closes: August 20, 2011.
2/ JURY DELIBERATION – SEPTEMBER 2
A jury, made up of Internet users, journalists, an author, a bookseller and a Muze reader, will deliberate on the 12 texts that have received the most votes, plus 3 texts that have been eliminated. The 3 best stories will then be selected for the awards ceremony.
3/ AWARDS SOIRÉE – SEPTEMBER 29
Chaired by French-English novelist Tatiana de Rosnay, the jury will award the three
e-CRIRE AUFEMININ prizes on September 29, 2011, at a glamorous evening.
Prizes for the three winners:
Publication of the winner’s text in Muze magazine, a publishing contract with SmartNovel, with publication of the text on smartnovel.com, iBooks store and relay.fr, a subscription to Muze, two editorial coaching sessions, an iPad, a St. Dupont set and fountain pen, VIP tickets for the Salon du Livre 2012…
Following the ceremony, a behind-the-scenes report on the evening and portraits of the winners will be posted on the aufeminin.com minisite and on the Muze blog, along with the 15 finalist texts.
