For this summer, Pierre Marcolini, the famous Brussels chocolatier, has turned his attention to a somewhat unmentionable delicacy: the “cornetto”, stored in the freezer and – most of the time – out of guests’ reach! – often pleases young and old alike with its ready availability and immediacy. Determined to demonstrate that refinement can be reconciled with practical hedonism, the chocolatier presents a collection of ready-to-eat cornettos.

Under the name “Ice Dream”, all coated inside with a layer of dark chocolate from Ghana and Ecuador, and topped with your choice of:
– A combination of coffee ice cream and vanilla ice cream, topped with coated pistachios.
– A combination of Cuban dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream, topped with a dark chocolate coulis and meringue pieces.
– Caramel ice cream with caramel sauce and dried fruit fudge.
– A combination of almond milk ice cream and raspberry sorbet, topped with meringue pieces.
– A combination of vanilla ice cream and strawberry sorbet, topped with coconut meringue pieces.
