The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme invites us on an imaginary journey to celebrate Easter: destination
Easter Island, with an egg inspired by the famous statues and signed by Pastry Chef Pier-Marie Le Moigno.

An inspired Easter egg
This unique egg, a refined, gourmet work of art, is part of the contemporary decor of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme. This creation is inspired by the hotel’s private collection of contemporary works of art.
Like a signature of this chic Parisian setting, this egg is an invitation to travel, in the image of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme’s gastronomy, enriched with flavors from around the world.
The egg has an “Ashanti” cover: chocolate with sweet spice notes of tonka and cinnamon, combined with coffee accents; one side represents the head of a “Moaïs” statue from Easter Island, and the other the smooth perfection of an egg.
The Easter egg will be on display at La Cheminée, and will go on sale as a limited edition on April 18 at
68€ each.
