Mandarin Oriental, Paris organizes a “special catering” recruitment forum on Saturday, April 16, 2011

Building on the success of its last recruitment forum in early March, Mandarin Oriental, Paris is holding another recruitment morning on Saturday, April 16, 2011, to source future talent for its restaurant team. The hotel, which opens this summer on Rue St Honoré, will feature two restaurants, a bar and a Cake Shop, all overseen by Thierry Marx, Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Paris, and David Biraud, Head Sommelier, who also manages Thierry Marx’s gourmet restaurant Sur Mesure.
Candidates wishing to join a passionate and creative team are invited to present themselves with a Curriculum Vitae and a covering letter on Saturday April 16, 2011 from 09:30 to 12:30 at the Mairie du 1er arrondissement de Paris.
Among the many operational positions available: Commis de Restaurant, Commis “In-Room Dining”, Commis de Bar, Order taker, Chef de Restaurant “All Day Dining”, Chef de rang bar, Chef de rang “In-Room Dining”, Hôte(esse) d’accueil.

Philippe Leboeuf, Directeur Général de Mandarin Oriental, Paris lors du dernier forum de recrutement organisé début mars 2011. Le forum avait rassemblé 550 candidats et plus d’une centaine de postes ont été pourvus.
