Despite the necessary chaos that shook Tunisia, Fashion Week Tunis will proudly take place from April 13 to 16, 2011 at the Acropolium de Carthage, testifying to the constant determination and professionalism shown by the organizers to maintain this already historic event for the country’s culture.
Actively supported by designers from countries renowned in the world of haute-couture and ready-to-wear, such as France, the United States and Spain – to name but a few – the 3rd edition of Fashion Week Tunis will be placed under the signs of freedom and evolution, and will undoubtedly demonstrate the creative and artistic richness of Tunisia.
Finally, Tunisian and international fashion professionals will be able to showcase their expertise in a country that for too long has been known only for its irreproachable mastery as a manufacturer for the world’s leading brands.
Now liberated, Tunisia can finally reveal its present jewels, but already visionary and rightly so; ambitious, Fashion Week Tunis will also introduce the republic’s most specialized fashion schools; showcases of young innovative pearls and ambassadors of the next creative wave on the international scene.
