Caviar will have a special place on our tables this holiday season, but which one should we choose? Caviar des Pyrénée, in its ORIGINE et INFINITE range, offers a unique product, an ecological production, between organic and iso.

The Aran valley, located in the heart of the Pyrenees and from where the pure, crystal-clear water of the Garonne springs, is home to unique fish farms: their geographical location is designed to produce mountain caviar. This process is a response to the over-exploitation of rivers, which has significantly advanced the extinction of the sturgeon.
Bred according to a method that goes back over 200 years, Pyrenean sturgeon produce caviar that is preservative-free, extremely pure and with just the right amount of salt, so that it can be enjoyed for up to a year after harvesting.
