At the end of 2010, the MK2 BIBLIOTHEQUE stores have been given a facelift and transformed into an original, designer “CONCEPT STORE” in the heart of the cinema.
In this new “Concept Store”, you’ll find:
– A chic, affordable and original grocery store…
… with food products of all kinds, sometimes packaged in unusual ways (products from the DELI GARAGE brand in particular: flasks of Vodka, honey, wines, pasta (in the shape of tools), food coloring bombs in gold or silver.
Beverages… such as Coca Cola in one-liter glass bottles, wines from Francis Ford Coppola vineyards, Bollinger champagnes, 42 Below New Zealand vodka… as well as functional, designer tableware and kitchen utensils.
In the Food section, organic products take pride of place, with Lov’organic tea (Kusmi tea’s little sister), original chaï, rare coffees, fine chocolates with subtle flavors (Earl grey, candied orange), chocolate fondues, a selection of organic and traditional dry cookies with butter from Poitou-Charentes, jelly beans packaged in retro dispensers, a range of Quand Valentine Cuisine organic dishes and desserts, gourmet products to give as gifts and to treat yourself, Rue Traversette sauces and appetizers, a range of original La Quiberonnaise Breton sardines, top-quality tuna from Olasagasti, Greek olives from Kalamata, cooking kits for old-fashioned semolina with caramel, rose, Indian rice, African rice, soups, etc…

For children, there are the unmissable Déglingos cuddly toys, clothes by young designers, fun organic cotton underwear with the “Culotte de princesse” or “Super slip” logos, colorful and graphic books, old-fashioned puzzles (optical illusions, magic tricks, 7 Family games) and toys (kimidoll, snoopy).
The boutique also features a Vintage furniture area with the Edmond Collection selected by Annabel Guéret, who hunts for small, trendy pieces of antique or contemporary furniture (small children’s chairs, industrial bedside tables, lamps, antique frames and toys, magazine racks).
For adults too, there’s a wide choice of : cool tee-shirts (Rock ‘n Roll references, Mr Poulet tee-shirt), clothes from the Marcel Cerdan Collection, JC de Catelbajac sweaters and scarves for men and women, handmade scarves and collars made by a 70-year-old granny, designer jewelry (Aime, Ysé, Annicka Grill, Macon et Lesquoy and Antica Murina), La Marelle costume jewelry and barrettes based on designer drawings, JC de Castelbajac watches, Etat Libre d’Orange and Honoré des près perfumes, Absolution organic cosmetics, Bleu de Chauffe bags in rare leather, like an artisanal satchel brought up to date.
