From October 28th to November 1st 2010, the Salon du Chocolat takes up residence in Paris,
Porte de Versailles, for its 16th French edition.
A gentle interlude in the hustle and bustle of October, and a new
salon 2010!
Naturalness, label-labeled chocolates and a limited greenhouse effect take center stage at
Pavillon 5 at Porte de Versailles to celebrate the Year of Biodiversity.
The Salon du Chocolat launches the “Ethic et Choc” trend and gives “carte
verte” to good, organic and sustainable chocolate, at an even more
desirable fair trade show…
In 2010, the Salon du Chocolat becomes the event for “biotiful” people!
Green” sets the tone this year: smart objects, design trends, looks, etc.
beautiful and organic, trendy food, innovative products and committed behavior…
Today, it’s possible to consume everything: decoration, architecture, cooking,
beauty, fashion, luxury, jewelry or chocolate, doing something good for yourself but also for the world.
also to the environment…
For 5 days of chocolate extravaganza, the Salon du Chocolat de Paris will feature
conferences, musical shows, the ”
chocolate trends” fashion show, photo exhibitions… all the show’s “green” initiatives,
with the aim of raising awareness of
sustainable development and ethical consumption.
This initiative is all the more legitimate given that the show, a platform for exchanges and
meetings, has historically represented a link between cocoa-producing countries
and chocolate consumers.
