Since December 1, a wind of magic has been blowing from Disneyland to Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
With Christmas fast approaching, Disneyland brings its magic to the heart of Paris, in one of its most beautiful palaces.
The Plaza Athénée Hotel is bringing stars to our eyes with the unveiling of a magical new window on the façade of the Palace every Wednesday in Advent until December 22, 2010. Each Wednesday, a new Disneyland royal couple will materialize as if by magic. Passers-by can already contemplate the« Magic Window » every day, but it’s only on Wednesdays that it magically transforms into a theater, giving way to the magic of Disneyland.
From 5.30pm each Wednesday, Minnie will appear on the terrace of the Parisian Palace, escorted by her dancers, to orchestrate a Christmas happening where magic, luxury and refinement become one. Quickly joined by Mickey, she will launch the illumination of the Parisian palace and unveil the new« Magic Window« , through which a Disneyland princely couple will magically materialize.
Ines Sastre kicked off the first« Magic Window » on December 1, 2010 with Laetitia Hallyday and Noémie Lenoir, all of whom came with their families to discover Rapunzel, the new Disney princess, alongside the bandit Flynn Rider. Young and old alike were delighted.
But other mythical couples have yet to be discovered. On December 8, Beauty and the Beast will come to wish us happy holidays. And on Wednesdays December 15 and 22, a princely mystery couple will surprise us.
And the icing on the cake: Santa Claus himself will be the guest of honour at the final presentation of the ‘Magic Window‘!
