The W Ibiza has opened its doors for the 2023 summer season with two new restaurants for the pleasure of regulars to the Isla Blanca. The destination is known for its perfect balance of party experiences and Ibiza’s laid-back lifestyle.
The two new restaurants, FIRE and STEPS, offer a variety of culinary options. FIRE celebrates the flavors of the earth and the marriage of farm and flame, where fire is the main ingredient. Guests can choose Spanish wines to accompany grilled meats, fish or vegetables. The interior decor is sober but sensual, in keeping with Ibiza style, and an open kitchen allows guests to watch the chefs in action. Open from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., evenings at FIRE naturally turn into early mornings at BELOW, W Ibiza’s famous club, open exclusively to hotel guests.
STEPS, meanwhile, is located on Santa Eulalia’s waterfront and offers a plant-based menu for casual all-day dining. The restaurant focuses on responsibly sourced, seasonal ingredients and home-style cooking, promising healthy, nourishing dishes, juices and non-alcoholic cocktails. The restaurant is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.
These new hotspots join W Ibiza’s other restaurants and bars, including Glow Bar, WET® Deck and W Lounge. Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of culinary and festive experiences throughout their stay.
The W Ibiza is also known for its weekly events celebrating the culture and heritage of Ibiza. Daily events offer a fusion of Afro-Latin rhythms and electronic music, blending the past and present of this much-loved island.
