DIGITAL IXUS 120

DIGITAL IXUS 120

For the fall, Canon sees things in a big way and launches into the digital touch on cameras always thinner and unveils, finally, the successor of the famous SLR G10 crowned success.

We were used to the brand’s playful, colorful but always impeccably effective products. For the first quarter of 2009, Canon has chosen to play the card of seduction with refined cameras, sophisticated to be damned let’s say it well.

Starting with a small gold-colored jewel, the Digital Ixus 120 IS. Ultra flat, this little precious thing has a large 2.7 inch LCD screen that can be viewed from multiple angles. This will boost the ego of women, and men too, who want to be perfect all the time and who want to combine technology and ease of use. And this, the brand has understood well since all its digital compacts are distiguished by a photo worthy of a child’s play. Like a genius, the camera helps to avoid blur and blurred images and allows to take night images without difficult and confusing settings. Icing on the cake, this Ixus, like its companion, a bit more masculine by its size and its metallic gray color, the Digital Ixus 200 IS with touch screen, has a HD video mode.

Another new feature for professional photographers is the PowerShot G11. Worthy successor of the G10 already winner of a prestigious award, this newcomer has an adjustable LCD screen and a sensor of 10 million pixels with a dual anti-noise system. It is easy to say that it is in the line of Canon’s compact digitals: easy, efficient and design.

But to get it, you will have to wait until October, one month after the arrival of the IXUS. Be patient!
