Domaine du Coquerel, the Normandy distillery renowned for its Coquerel calvados and gins, has unveiled its latest creation: Normindia Pamplemousse Gin. This new reference, entirely produced at the Normandy distillery, is the fruit of a maceration of eight botanical ingredients, including grapefruit peel, in French wheat alcohol for 12 days. With its unique fragrance, this new gin enriches the Normindia Gin collection.

Normindia Pamplemousse Gin is distilled in a traditional copper column, which is also used to produce our famous Coquerel calvados. This subtle, complex distillation method reveals all the gin’s aromatic subtleties. The result is a perfect balance between freshness and bitterness, with a rich, complex organoleptic palette.

Tasting Notes:

– Nose: Very fresh and floral, with spicy aromas and grapefruit
– Palate: Fresh grapefruit, intense fruity and spicy aromas
– Finish: Long and fresh with good acidity

Normindia Pamplemousse Gin has a recommended retail price of €41.00. This new reference, as well as the entire Normindia Gin range, is available from the distillery’s usual sales outlets and on its website.

With this new reference, Domaine du Coquerel once again demonstrates its know-how and expertise in distillation. By meticulously selecting its ingredients and using traditional production methods, the Normandy distillery offers exceptional gins that will satisfy the most demanding palates.
