Since 1625, the family has had a history of winegrowing, with a vineyard in Chigny Les Roses, on the Montagne de Reims. At that time, she did not make wine, but she did in 1916. Made from 40% pinot meunier, 40% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay, the Brut Ros\u00e91er Cru<\/sup> reveals itself with a salmon color. With notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, pink grapefruit, this champagne oscillates between freshness and a relative amplitude. A slightly chalky aftertaste, and a nice acidity deliver a certain length in mouth. Very subtly vinous due to the pinot noir, the wine plays the unexpected. Elegant notes with a slightly greedy side, arouse delectation. Established on a rather chalky terroir, linked to the Montagne de Reims, it retranscribes its characteristics.
