\nIn 2009, a new line of high jewelry watches has been added to the Jaeger collections.
\nLeCoultre to deliver a contemporary interpretation of this rare art form in
\noffering versions illuminated by the fire of precious stones of three watch creations
\nthe Master Tourbillon Joaillerie, the Master Grand Tourbillon and the Master Twinkling,

In the Jaeger-LeCoultre workshops, gem-setting is cultivated as an art in its own right. In

\njewelry by designing the first movements specifically intended to fit the
\nwatches for women now reach a male public with refined tastes
\nthe enchantment of timepieces sparkling with mother-of-pearl and precious stones.
\nOn all models, the tourbillon appears in all its majesty at 6 o’clock, while the crown is
\ntopped with a diamond. However, if the bezel is set with baguette-cut diamonds on
\nthe men’s versions, it sparkles with brilliance on the women’s creations. Once these
\nessential characteristics respected, the setters and artists of the Manufacture have left
\nto express the forms and the colors. Thus, the inlays of black, grey or white mother-of-pearl
\nunderline the order of the masculine dial characterized by the presence of a 24
\nhours, while it disappears on ladies’ watches and gives a vast space of freedom to
\nartists of the Manufacture.<\/p>\n

In order to speak to the heart of women, floral motifs are available in mother-of-pearl and diamonds
\nin compositions inspired by a field of tulips or a lotus flower. Other
\nmodels encircled by a row of brilliants pay tribute to the art of painting on mother-of-pearl, in
\nblack and white or in color, in creations that irresistibly evoke the technique of
\nwatercolor. These impressionist touches with delicate arabesques and fine gradations put the
\nfully highlights the superb watchmaking achievement of the regulating tourbillon.
\nOn the men’s models, the geometric purity of the decoration emphasizes the transparent
\npresence of the swirl, which thus becomes a decorative motif in its own right. The association of
\nwatchmaking know-how and traditional craftsmanship of ornamentation, lovingly preserved
\nby the Manufacture, gives birth to a masterpiece of fascinating beauty, imprinted with
