Merano is anything but an ordinary seaside resort, and that is precisely what has made its reputation since the 16th century: a unique Alpine-Mediterranean microclimate, sheltered by the Alps yet open to several valleys, offering air and light that spa-goers sought long before the word \u201cwellness\u201d even existed. It is in this Belle \u00c9poque setting\u2014a historic building in the heart of the city, with 99 rooms spread across the main building, Ch\u00e2teau Maur, and a panoramic floor\u2014that the Palace Merano has spent more than twenty years developing its Revital\u00ae Method, an integrative approach combining functional, allopathic, and energy medicine with principles drawn from traditional Chinese medicine. In 2026, the hotel will celebrate its 120th anniversary, and rather than settling for a commemorative season, it is taking this opportunity to articulate, more clearly than ever, what it truly offers: not just a stay, but a longer life.<\/p>\n\n

The 120 Palace Summer Experience, offered from June 15 to September 15, is designed as an introduction to the fundamentals of this method rather than a full-scale application of it\u2014a format tailored, according to the facility, to fully enjoy the benefits of summer in Merano without subjecting oneself to the rigor of a full-fledged treatment program. The program combines a personalized medical assessment with a choice between two dietary protocols, Detox\u00ae or Biolight\u00ae, accompanied by a nutritional consultation. Revital\u00ae treatments include energy massages, hydrotherapy, mud wraps, and hydrojets, complemented by access to the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the sauna area. Prices start at 4,075 euros per person in a double room for four days and five nights on a full-board basis, including the mandatory medical consultation fee\u2014a price that, in Merano, buys you less a room than a diagnosis.<\/p>\n\n
