D\u00fabailte is billed as a double-distilled single malt, aged in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Triarach Triple Wood, a triple-distilled expression, is aged in bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and ruby port casks. The clarity of these aging profiles is precisely what makes this launch so compelling. Ballina does not attempt to compensate for its youth with excessive claims of rarity or showy finishing techniques. Instead, the distillery has created an entry-level range that immediately showcases its approach to working with wood, texture, and aromatic development.<\/p>\n\n
