For several decades now, certain wineries have been exploring another facet of these landscapes of garrigue and white stones: that of Mediterranean white wines. <\/p>\n\n

The white wine from Ch\u00e2teau \u00c9tang des Colombes belongs to this unassuming yet essential family.<\/p>\n\n

This wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, and Bourboulenc\u2014three grape varieties deeply rooted in the winemaking heritage of southern France.
