Alessandro Nigro Imperiale leads each evening, revealing the wines\u2019 stories, terroirs, and subtleties\u2014all of which can be explored through vertical tastings of Grands Crus spanning several consecutive vintages. In the kitchen, Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Ti\u00e8che\u2014whose restaurant, Le Cap, located within the hotel, is one of the most sought-after destinations on the Riviera\u2014creates gourmet pairings designed to be in perfect harmony with each wine. The word \u201charmony\u201d should be taken seriously here: this isn\u2019t a set menu that rotates, but rather cuisine that engages with what\u2019s in the glasses, anticipating the tannins, acidity, and finish. <\/p>\n\n
