Suitable for enlightened amateurs or not, culinary arts students as well as hotel and restaurant professionals, no special knowledge is required to follow this program. The instructors pass on their techniques and know-how to all participants, enabling them to understand the world of wine through numerous tastings.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Deepen my tasting experience <\/strong>&#8211; 3 days: May 5 to 7, 2021<br \/>\nThis course is designed for those who wish to perfect their understanding of wines, learn to recognize the oenological factors that give rise to wines, and recognize wines from the greatest terroirs.
