The Comit\u00e9 du Faubourg Saint-Honor\u00e9 will celebrate the arrival of summer on Thursday, June 11, 2015. For the occasion, the Faubourg Saint-Honor\u00e9 will go English. The Comit\u00e9 has come up with a spectacular and unforgettable event that puts the spotlight on Great Britain. <\/p>\n

Summer Time 2015 will take place under the High Patronage of His Excellency Sir Peter Ricketts, British Ambassador to France, and will feature exceptional British cocktails and entertainment, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.<\/p>\n

An all-British scenography will be set up in the Faubourg, exceptionally returned to pedestrians. Entertainment will be provided to ensure guests enjoy a unique and surprising gala evening, punctuated by festive happenings. <\/p>\n

For the first time, the Faubourg will be the scene of a life-size event, as it takes to the “green” with the installation of an ephemeral golf course. Over a distance of almost two kilometers, surprising holes in unusual locations will await VIP customers of the luxury brands. <\/p>\n

At the end of the evening, a draw will be made among the best players, according to their score. To be won: a complete set of Homna golf accessories, worth \u20ac3,500. <\/p>\n

No detail will be overlooked, and the Faubourg Saint-Honor\u00e9 will be redecorated in the colors of Great Britain: pennants and Union Jack flags in the streets, red double-decker English buses, London cabs, telephone booths, mailboxes, bus stops and typical subway signs will set the scene.<\/p>\n

To perfect the atmosphere, costumed extras will walk the streets, representing iconic British figures: royal guards, policemen, gentlemen in suits and bowler hats… For sound entertainment, a special UK playlist will be played by a DJ in an English bus. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
