In August, La Reserve Paris, one of the few Parisian Palace hotels with a French owner, is reserving a rare privilege for its guests: the restaurant La Pagode de Cos and its terraces will remain open non-stop, and are offering their customers “wine merchant rates” on bottles of Cos d’Estournel vintage 2010 and earlier. <\/strong>
\nChef J\u00e9r\u00f4me Banctel’s signature dishes, such as Coquelet and Lamproie Bordelaise, will also be on the menu
\nThe hotel’s second restaurant (with two Michelin stars) , Le Gabriel, will also be offering this service.<\/strong><\/p>\n
